The starting time each day is 9.00am. Parents/carers should drop their son off at the school gate from 8.50am for a prompt start at 9am to aid the smooth running of the day's activities. Boys will be dismissed at 3.00pm.

Your son may make his own way to and from school if you are happy for him to travel unaccompanied. If you will be accompanying your son to and from school, please drop him off and pick him up at the gate. 

Boys must be provided with a packed lunch every day as lunch will not be provided by the school.

There will be a range of activities each day. Schedules are not available in advance, but please note that your son will be taking part in sporting activities every day and therefore he should wear or bring appropriate clothing (this does not need to be WES PE kit).

On days when boys will be doing off-site activities please send your son to school with:

- Waterproof clothing

- Any medication he may need

- Sun cream if necessary

- A (reusable) bottle of water

We ask for a £20 (or £5 per day) voluntary contribution to help with the costs of the Summer School activities. This may be paid in cash to Mr Altmann on the day your son starts Summer School.
