We are currently looking for a Head of Year who is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who will play a key role in supporting the development and welfare of our students. All members of the pastoral team play a key role in protecting and safeguarding young people. A Head of Year will also contribute to the formation and implementation of school policy and will participate in appropriate meetings with colleagues and parents.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

·        Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to manage concurrent tasks in a demand-led environment with a positive attitude and a flexible approach
